Luke is a beautiful pure bred Sheltie. Luke & Messy used to have an owner who happened to be neighbor with the rescuer. One day, they were found in a cage left at the door step of the rescuer. Their heartless owner called the rescuer later on claiming the intention to disown the two pups. 

Luke might have been hit by car before and did not receive proper treatment, his left side hip and leg appeared a little stiff while walking. Diagnosed from his X-ray, the hip bone already healed by itself, no surgery is needed per his vet. The vet suggests keeping him on proper weight, with help of optimum exercise and joint supplement, Luke will be as healthy as any normal dog.

Both Luke & Messy are friendly and mellow; they’ll make great companion dogs for any pet loving family. They get along with other dogs and cats too. Even though the rescuer already had a handful of rescue dogs at home, she decided to give them a second chance. They're now placed with foster home and prepared for adoption. The two pups have never been separated before, so we’re hoping to find a loving family who can adopt them as a bonded pair.
